Industrial nature - recycling landscape

My hybrid question is can habitat regeneration connect the community to the post-industrial site and the waterfront. My design is divided into three stages. The first stage Phytoremediation in 2040. It is a site-wide remediation process to improve soil condition and establish the primary landscape types. The second stage is the Industrial Walk in 2100 which establish public domain connection from the White Bay Power Station and the Silo. As well as an initial recovery for coastal habitats. The final stage is the Coastal Recovery in 2200. It aimed to create resilient landscape on the waterfront responding to the sea level rise, establish a WSUD system, as well as establishing mature planting ecosystem.
