In order to create a modern meta-community while addressing historical issues. The design begins with the restoration of the reconstructed ecosystem, while at the same time connecting and activating small areas by using the cycle path as the main mode of transport. The activation of the site brings the various parts of the meta-community close together while ensuring the experience of using the cycle paths. Finally the introduction of commerce provides the meta-community with continued vitality.
